Its design was designed to generate unique experiences in visitors within a sustainable, modern and versatile space.Our venue is a developed country project to meet the demand of meetings tourism in the provision of spaces and the best conditions for the reception and conduct of congresses, conventions and social events, both national and international.San José, October 28th, 2019We are strategically located in the province of Heredia, 8 km from Juan Santamaria International Airport and 10 km from San José with easy access from the General Cañas Highway.The 168,000 square feet (15,600 square meters) facility, which is located on 25 acres (10 hectares) of land, has 5,775 square meters of meeting rooms that include the main hall with an area of 3,739 square meters and a maximum capacity of 4,000 delegates that can be divided into two sections, 6 meeting rooms for 1,800 delegates and 6 executive meeting rooms for 320 delegates. On top of that, our large hallways cover 1,823 square meters.
